Halve the bagel. Spread both halves with cream cheese. Cover the lower half with grated carrots, strips of pepper and cabbage. Top with cress, close, done!

2 tablespoons SUUR Love Craft herb turmeric & curry
2 tablespoons (plant-based) cream cheese, here cashew natural from Licorne
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 piece of grilled bell pepper from the jar, cut into strips
Cress or other fresh herbs
