Admittedly, it wasn't our idea. But when we saw the recipe on one of our favorite food blogs , Green Kitchen Stories , a few weeks ago, we couldn't resist trying it. Instead of classic kimchi, we naturally use our Love Craft Kraut Kimchi style and, unlike the original, we don't heat it together with the mushrooms, so that the good microorganisms from the fermentation end up on the bread and in your stomach. Either way - delicious!
Heat the olive oil in a small pan and fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes, add the soy sauce and fry briefly until it is cooked. Put mushrooms aside.
Spread the bread with mayonnaise.
Peel the avocado half, cut into slices and spread on the bread. Spread the kimchi and mushrooms on the avocado.
Top with sprouts and sesame.
Bon appetit!
