Wraps with bean puree and spicy cauliflower

Peel the onions, dice finely and sweat in a pan in olive oil for 5-10 minutes. Peel the garlic, press into the pan with the garlic press, fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the drained beans and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring and mashing with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Warm the tortillas in a pan. Halve the avocado, remove the stone. Spread a little avocado on each tortilla. Spread beans and spicy cauliflower (and optionally other greens and salad) on top. Top with sprouts and/or herbs. Roll up or fold. This goes well with a dip, hummus or sriracha.

2-4 tortillas of your choice

1 avocado

1 can black beans (or kidney beans)

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 Jar of Love Craft Herb Spicy Cauliflower

Fresh sprouts or herbs

Salt

pepper

lemon juice

olive oil

optionally:

eg grated carrots, diced peppers, canned corn

salad

hummus
