We love Yuval Tahina and were therefore very happy about a delicious package that we were allowed to unwrap this week. The nutty, creamy mush is a perfect match for our sour, crunchy cabbage.
Ingredients for 1-2 people:
1/2-1 glass of SUUR turmeric & curry herb
1 small apple, washed and cut into chunks
some thinly sliced red onion
optional: cress or other microgreens
100-200 g soy yoghurt (unsweetened)
1-2 tbsp tahini (plus extra for topping)
some lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt
Mix the yoghurt and tahini well and season with salt and lemon juice.
Mix cabbage, apple and onion in a bowl.
Serve generously with tahini yoghurt, extra tahini and cress if necessary.
