Schneller Salat mit Curry-Kraut und Tahini-Joghurt⁠

Quick salad with curry cabbage and tahini yoghurt⁠

We love Yuval Tahina and were therefore very happy about a delicious package that we were allowed to unwrap this week. The nutty, creamy mush is a perfect match for our sour, crunchy cabbage. ⁠

Ingredients for 1-2 people:⁠

1/2-1 glass of SUUR turmeric & curry herb⁠

1 small apple, washed and cut into chunks⁠

some thinly sliced ​​red onion⁠

optional: cress or other microgreens⁠ ⁠

100-200 g soy yoghurt (unsweetened)⁠

1-2 tbsp tahini (plus extra for topping)⁠

some lemon juice⁠ 1/4 tsp salt⁠

Mix the yoghurt and tahini well and season with salt and lemon juice.⁠ ⁠
Mix cabbage, apple and onion in a bowl.⁠ ⁠
Serve generously with tahini yoghurt, extra tahini and cress if necessary.⁠ ⁠
