Turmeric & Curry Herb

If we could only take one type of herb to the famous desert island, it might be this one. Turmeric and Indian curry give the bright yellow variety of white cabbage exotic depth, carrots conjure up aroma, bite and extra color in the glass. Of course we bottle it unpasteurized so that the good cultures of the fermentation are preserved.

We love our turmeric & curry herb with all Indian-Asian dishes such as dosas and curries, as well as rice, millet, quinoa and co. It's also great on a delicious sandwich, for example with avocado or cheese. Or a salad...
